Just in Time Foundation’s programs are designed and structured after Public Law 106-402-Oct 30, 2000-STAT.1705 – Developmental Disabilities Assistance and Bill of Rights of 2000.
Title I programs are designed to assure that individuals with developmental disabilities and their families participate in the design of and have access to needed community services, individualized supports, and other forms of assistance that promote self-determination, independence, productivity, and integration and inclusion in all facets of community life, through culturally competent programs.
Title II programs are designed to promote and strengthen leadership by families in planning, policy development, implementation, and evaluation of family centered and directed comprehensive state family support services that provide families with the greatest possible decision making authority and control regarding the nature and use of services and support.
Title III programs are designed to ensure quality training and career advancement opportunities for direct support workers.
Clinical Education programs
We are offering Professional Education programs for licensed clinical providers up to and including physicians. We have reached out to University Medical Centers for co-sponsorship for provision of American Medical Association (AMA) Physician Recognition Award (PRA) Category 1 Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits. We have accumulated a series of educational tools for which physicians may self-claim AMA category 2 CMEs.
Life and Professional Coaching
We offer life and professional coaching from seasoned veterans. Our team includes retired physicians, nurses, psychologists, and counselors, with a cumulative life and professional experience of more than 200 years. These professionals have made significant differences in the lives of thousands of people. They may be able to help you.
